At Google Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Google account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a digital return request.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized Google Express drop-off location or your local postal service provider within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
